I am old of heart and young in spirit (oft times zany; sometimes gruff) I taught New York English for thirty-three years (just a little bit more than enough) I had four thousand students and four head-strong kids (now I sip life though I used to quaff) But I loved, and still love to read and write poems to freshen my soul and my laugh; metaphor, rhythm, rhyme smooth or rough- I can't get enough of the stuff (and I'm not yet ready for end punctuation since I haven't yet answered the question)
