Retired geezer William Opperman is bucking up to the challenge of two new careers: writing and copyediting. He is the author of a script for an as-yet-unproduced television miniseries based on Thornton Wilder's magnificent novel The Eighth Day.
William and his philatelically gifted husband Scot live in greater Mount Dora, which means they enjoy milder weather than do their old friends in Boston. They proudly claim two terrific kids (and beware--they are prepared to bore you with their virtues).
William delights in movies, operas, and the Oxford comma and tries to take time to enjoy the birds.
